1. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
FREE RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS.
DELIVERY: Your purchase should be delivered within 1 to 8 days following order confirmation. Please note, that we might not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be notified about the same during checkout. We deliver all days, except for bank holidays. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.
PAYMENT: We accept card payments via Master Card and Visa. You can also select to pay cash on delivery.
2. PRODUCT SUSTAINABILITY
We believe that greater transparency will help lead the change towards a more sustainable future. As a step in this long-term commitment, we’re sharing how and where our products are made wherever possible.
Our goal is to use Cotton 100% recycled or other sustainably sourced materials.
4. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returns are free of charge.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and cannot be returned in our physical office. The return must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. For Exchange/Refund, please click here
You can easily return items by following these steps:
- Please note that we are unable to process your return without the Return Form. If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer Service to help you.
- Place your Return Form, together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.
- Contact the courier company Delivery to arrange a collection for your return using one of the following methods: By phone: +91-9833312912 (9:00 – 20:00 Mon-Sun) OR By email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- A courier from Delivery will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 14 days after receiving your return as below:
Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
Cash on delivery: Please add your bank account details to your My Saison Clothing account and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account. Please note, even if the courier accepted card or other non-cash payment on delivery, we will still refund the balance to your bank account.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.
We offer exchange services in the same style of different size only. Please note, exchanges will not be accepted for any other style or design.
